Clearly, those facing a cancer diagnosis – and their family members and loved ones – are not alone in their fight of this disease. At TCHOP, we understand the impact a diagnosis has on your life. This section provides a useful tool for learning more about the disease and its various forms as well as the myriad of choices available to you. It also enables you to contact others in the same situation by putting you in touch with various support groups. You are not alone. I Can Cope - I Can Cope is an educational program for people facing cancer – either personally, or as a friend or family caregiver.

Look Good, Feel Better - The Look Good...Feel Better program is a community-based, free, national service that teaches female cancer patients beauty techniques to help restore their appearance and self-image during chemotherapy and radiation treatments.

Man to Man - The Man to Man program helps men cope with prostate cancer by providing community-based education and support to patients and their family members.

Reach to Recovery - Trained volunteers support and comfort patients before, during, and after breast cancer treatment.

American Cancer Society - The American Cancer Society (ACS) is a nationwide, community- based voluntary health organization. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the ACS has state divisions and more than 3,400 local offices.
